Fresh Ricotta in 5 Minutes

 This article is more than useful, and luckily came around on the day I plan to make ricotta. Even if you aren’t considering embarking on the endeavor of making ricotta, this article is hilarious. I agree, that yes, cleaning scalded milk from a saucepan is a bitch, but I would not equate it to a Gilmore Girls marathon because Gilmore Girls marathons are awesome. I would say its as about as fun as having to do your speed workout on the treadmill because its raining (guess what happened to me this morning?)
